Our competition entry is an innovative paper shipping envelope designed with sustainability and functionality in mind. Featuring an eco-friendly bubble paper filler and an integrated paper-based tear tape, this product redefines sustainable packaging solutions.

The tear tape used to produce the envelope is tesa® 51344 paper-based tear tape, an alternative to the foil tear tape. The material is easy to recycle, putting environmental responsibility first while making it easier for users to separate their waste.

A standout feature is the eco-bubble filler, which replaces conventional plastic bubble wrap with a durable paper filler. Made from a variety of materials including kraft paper and recycled fibre, it provides solid protection for items during shipping – ideal for products such as cosmetics and jewellery. Fully recyclable and highly protective.
