Most e-commerce contests celebrate online shops - their products, design, UX, growth, and media reach. But who actually makes all this possible? Behind every successful online shop stand the solutions that help it run, perform, scale, and expand. And these solutions come from service providers - the backbone of the entire industry. That’s why the E-commerce Germany Awards were created: the first contest in the DACH region dedicated exclusively to service provider solutions. A programme that recognises the tools, technologies, and expertise moving e-commerce forward every day.

We’re looking for solutions that truly move e-commerce forward: products with measurable impact, proven effectiveness, or a fresh, innovative approach. If your technology helps companies work smarter, grow faster, or solve real operational challenges - this is the place to show it.

SUBMISSIONS OPEN

DECEMBER 1-17

Submit your proposal by December 17 (17:00 CET). Each company can submit only one solution in total - across all categories. Choose the one that fits you best. Only basic info is required at this stage.

PROFILE UPDATES

DECEMBER 18 - JANUARY 5

Once your proposal is submitted, you’ll receive a link to update your profile with additional information. This helps both voters and the Jury get to know you better and increases your chances of winning.

PUBLIC VOTING

JANUARY 5-16

From all submitted proposals, the public helps identify the most promising solutions. Voting starts on January 5, 2026, and ends on January 16 (15:00 CET). Each LinkedIn-verified user can cast one vote per category.

FINALISTS ARE ANNOUNCED

JANUARY 19 (12:00 PM)

The ten entries with the highest number of public votes in each category advance to the second round - the Jury voting. Finalists receive the agreements and must pay the submission fee within 7 working days.

JURY VOTING

JANUARY 20-30

Each Jury member receives several categories matched to their area of expertise and evaluates all solutions within those categories independently, awarding points to every entry. The Organizer team then sums up all the points given by the Jury members in each category. The total scores determine the final ranking - 3rd, 2nd, and 1st place.

AWARDS GIVING CEREMONY

FEBRUARY 17

The Awards Giving Ceremony takes place during the Official E-commerce Berlin Afterparty, directly after the first day of the Expo. All winners are announced, and the solutions awarded 1st place are invited on stage to receive their trophies. Special distinctions are also revealed and presented that evening.
