Revuze aggregates consumer review data from hundreds of online retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Boots, Sephora, & others. The data is then cleansed and organized by generative AI to ensure the utmost accuracy in data and insights. Duplicate data from syndicated reviews, erroneous products, plus brand and product names are merged. Consider the range of spellings for the 'L'Oreal' brand and the various product variations. The generative AI also interprets the different product hierarchies from each data source. With access to complete category, brand, and SKU-level data, brands can assess how they and their products compare to the competition, enabling them to enhance their marketing, innovation, and e-commerce strategies.
In the past year, we launched Topic Summaries powered by generative AI. Instead of sifting through thousands of reviews, brands can quickly obtain a summary of the positive and negative sentiments related to any product aspect or topic. Revuze recently conducted a case study with PUIG, a powerhouse cosmetics brand. We interviewed Camila Tomas, the VP of Innovation & Technology, to understand the benefits the company has gained from using Revuze's online review analytics to enhance the algorithm for Wikiparfum, a platform that creates fragrance profiles for consumers. For instance, using Revuze's data, they explored consumers' interest in sustainability and fragrances, which was later integrated into Wikiparfum.
