The e-commerce platform plentysystems allows brands, manufacturers and retailers to sell across 150+ channels globally, in online stores, and brick-and-mortar retail. The cloud-based software consolidates operations from stock and item management to shipping and invoicing, ensuring scalability, high performance, and security.

It offers broad out-of-the-box functionalities such as product information management, order processing, and a CRM module for contact management and customer communication. The integrated shop system, plentyShop provides a Content Management System, while plentyBI (Business Intelligence) includes feature reporting and analytics. A variety of automation possibilities supports time-controlled or immediate execution for recurring processes.

The omnichannel solution seamlessly integrates with numerous sales platforms, including popular marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and OTTO Market, industry-specific or local players like bol.com and zalando, as well as external shop systems like Shopify.

The platform's plugin readiness allows customization and expansion through an extensive third-party ecosystem, accommodating versatile applications and integrations. plentysystems, with its REST-API, can be embedded into existing IT infrastructure or serve as middleware with other ERP software.

Suitable for a diverse range of industries and business models (B2C, B2B, D2C), the software is available in two product offerings: plentyONE and plentymarkets. plentyONE combines plentysystems' functions with managed services, growth management, personal support, and ad management for a tailored solution for international brands and large retailers. On the other hand, plentymarkets focuses on empowering SMEs in global e-commerce, driven by a broad community and extensive self-service offerings.

Many new marketplace integrations, like Decathlon, Marktkauf, eMAG, voelkner and Kaufland CZ / SK, running on state-of-the-art technology allow for an even more resilient multichannel strategy and wider reach beyond borders and across industries.

New and enhanced user interfaces in the most relevant modules of the system constitute strides towards simplicity. The innovative MyView offers the possibility to individually arrange information to be displayed or highlighted onscreen according to user- or role-specific needs.

plentysystems now offers Guided Tours for a step-by-step system or channel setup and entity walk-through, as well as tooltips elaborating on specific entry fields and an AI-chatbot for service inquiries. The new DocumentBuilder significantly enhances the way business documents are designed with exciting functionality like a drag-and-drop editor, referrer-dependent configurations and eInvoice-readiness.

Within our CRM module, the Messenger now provides a single place where all customer communications across all sales channels converge. In addition, the new EmailBuilder allows users to design engaging, multilingual email templates using an intuitive drag-and-drop editor.
