Overshield, a nutrition supplements retailer, faced a pivotal decision as the company expanded. The choice was between investing in a larger warehouse and thus hiring more staff or partnering with a logistics service provider. Overshield was facing high costs associated with assembling packages in the warehouse, given that customers often ordered up to 30 products in a single purchase. Due to the stable processes, advastore can tell exactly at which time a product will leave the warehouse and Overshield is now able to deliver 99% of all orders to their customers on the next day.
