Nova Post in Germany is a part of NOVA - an international group of companies with Ukrainian roots that provides logistics, financial and IT services in Ukraine and around the world. The parent company Nova Post has been providing fast delivery services in Ukraine for 22 years and has the largest network in the country: 25,000 service points and 110 depots and terminals. Today, Nova Post has representative offices in 10 European countries - Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Romania, Moldova, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Hungary, etc. Nova Post in Europe has 33,000+ service points and 10+ logistics partners. The company started operating in Germany in June 2023. Currently, there are 12 Nova Post branches in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Bremen, Hannover, Magdeburg and Dortmund.

We are fast: We deliver across Germany for the next day without additional payments. Nova Post delivers to Poland for 2 days and to Ukraine for 5 days. Our service is one of the best: NPS-customer loyalty index is 77.6% We are accessible: Nova Post has its own courier delivery, 12 branches (till December 2023), PUDOs. We are convenient: We have branches in 12 cities of Germany (in December 2023) and go on to open new ones. The clients can send and pick up the parcel in any convenient time and ask all question about our services on a branch or call using the hot line. We are growing very fast: 12 new branches from July to December 2023 We are reliable: All shipments are protected according to their estimated value.

With the beginning several warehouses of Nova Post in Ukraine were destroyed. In 2022 we launched our business in Poland. In 2023 Nova Post was launched in Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Germany, Italy. For 6 month of work in Germany we opened 12 branches in 11 cities. We launched our own courier delivery and launched the partners delivery to PUDO. Nova Post delivers from Germany to Ukraine and Poland and across Germany. ● We have developed and are now testing a new multilingual mobile application that is working in all countries with Nova Post branches ● We developed and implemented a new software - Shipment, which was created by our developers of Nova Digital for European markets. This is a multi-platform solution for managing logistics processes. It contains all the processes for the delivery of shipments, transport management. The system automatically calculates car schedules, plans a route to the branch, calculates the time of arrival at the branch, at customs, etc. Interfaces for the work of employees of branches, terminals, couriers and the support office have also been created on its basis. This software will be installed in all foreign Nova Post branches. ● We developed API integration with Czech and Polish online stores, so that our Ukrainian clients could directly order the necessary goods and order delivery to Ukraine.
