JTL-WMS is a warehouse management software designed specifically for eCommerce. Together with our free ERP system JTL-Wawi, JTL-WMS provides a comprehensive professional solution for optimizing and automating daily warehouse operations such as goods receipts, creating pick lists, picking, goods issue, inventory, adjustment postings, and product transfers. 

All functions interlock, thus simplifying and accelerating the processes involved in warehouse logistics, so that orders are always shipped quickly and reliably to customers – regardless of product range, warehouse size and order volume. Even seasonal order peaks or multiple warehouses with thousands of orders each day can be managed effectively with JTL-WMS. For this purpose, the software offers a high degree of scalability, which enables online retailers to expand their storage space and grow their staff flexibly, even for just a limited period of time, if needed.

Our warehouse management system JTL-WMS was designed with the specific demands of online retailers in mind and is seamlessly integrated into our free ERP system JTL-Wawi, providing a comprehensive professional solution for managing daily warehouse processes. The integrated storage location assistant automatically creates new storage locations along with unique scannable labels for easy identification. Mobile devices can be used to perform the initial inventory when setting up JTL-WMS. From this point onwards, every item movement is documented by barcode scans and can be viewed at any time, thereby providing outstanding traceability. JTL-WMS also offers a range of additional features:

The extremely intuitive handling of our software allows for easy system switches and the quick onboarding of new employees, for example seasonal or temporary staff. The automated and barcode-assisted processes significantly reduce errors during picking and packing, and quick and correct deliveries have a positive impact on customer satisfaction and online reviews.

Our product is constantly being improved – we regularly publish new updates and enhance the software with new features. The latest major update included, among other things, a complete overhaul of the pick lists as well as a new picking process that allows our customers to send thousands of identical orders in a short amount of time. We have also added the ability to map production processes. Since recently, JTL-WMS can even be used to implement a fully automated warehouse management with self-driving robots and picking systems according to the Goods-to-Person principle (GTP). Our goal is to continuously improve our product and provide our customers with the best possible solution for their warehouse management needs.
