Allegro.pl is the most popular shopping platform in Poland and one of the largest e-commerce websites in Europe. We offer products in all key categories including Automotive, Fashion, Home&Garden, Electronics, Books and Collectibles, Kids or Health and Beauty. Each month, 20 million customers visit our platform, which is equivalent to 80% of all Internet users in Poland. They can choose among over 200m offers at the most attractive prices with maximum convenience including fast and free Allegro Smart! deliveries and full security. Poles are more likely to start their search for products with us, than any other popular search engine (according to 2020 IRCenter research).

Product or service innovations
  • Allegro Smart! our unique loyalty program that provides customers free deliveries and guarantees free returns is accessible to sellers shipping from Germany, Czechia, France, the Netherlands (Starting from April 2021)
  • In September 2021 we launched Allegro Pay! - an offer which allows for postponed payments and splitting them into installments, giving greater financial flexibility and ensuring safer and easier buying online;
  • We are working on a new logistics service, One Fulfillment by Allegro to help businesses with storing, packaging, dispatching and delivering orders, as well as handling returns. Merchants who decide to use the offer will not only be able to provide customers with a wider range of delivery options at attractive prices negotiated by Allegro but also, and most importantly, ensure next-day or same-day delivery services;
  • As of the beginning of November 2021, Allegro started to roll out its own network of parcel lockers, One Box by Allegro;
  • In November 2021 Allegro acquired Mall Group a.s., a leading e-commerce platform across Central and Eastern Europe;
  • We launched Allegro a new contact channel for the Deaf: online connection with Migam Interpreter which will allow deaf users to have a video chat with online assistance from a polish sign language interpreter. In addition to shopping support, we also prepared dedicated contact channels for users with visual or hearing loss collecting parcels from One Box by Allegro parcel machines;
