AI-based content analyses to detect errors or deviations from the aspired product presentation for every product on every digital sales channel. Based on the provided expected content from the brand, our algorithm compares the content (images, description, bullets, attributes etc.) found on marketplaces/online shops and provides a completess score and a compliance score that show the similarity of the actual content compared to the expected content for each element.
Qualitative analysis of customer reviews through AI: All customer reviews are collected centrally in the XPLN platform. AI analyses (sentiment and semantic) provide a sentiment score, a summary of all reviews from all sales channels, and best/worst features that can be defined by the brand (e.g. price, quality, features etc.).
AI product matching for same and similar products enables the identification of same and similar products from competitors when other identification methods like EAN/GTIN aren't possible. It allows, for example, a retailer to identify and compare a competitors own brand with their own brand. Brands can identify similar products across channels and compare all relevant product information.
Monitoring of keyword and category rankings: Our software tracks a brand's relevant keywords and categories on all sales channels at any desired frequency to unveal the organic and sponsored rankings of the brand's products compared to its competitors. The metrics Digital Share of Shelf and Share of Voice show the brand's share of products in the results page for organic and sponsored rankings respectively. Based on this information, brands can identify products in need of improvement or save retail media spendings for sponsored ranks if the organic ranking is already good.
