Läderach, a premium Swiss chocolatier, delights chocolate lovers by bringing a taste of Switzerland to over 50 countries. To amplify this global presence and reach an even broader audience, Läderach embarked on a mission: revolutionizing its digital experience.
The project aimed to create a seamless digital platform reflecting Läderach's rich brand legacy while optimizing performance and conversions.
Through a collaborative approach, we helped Läderach redefine luxury eCommerce by anchoring design choices on robust user experience principles. We conducted a thorough CRO analysis, mapping the customer journey, identifying drop-off points, and aligning the design with user-centric insights. Läderach transitioned to Adobe Commerce to ensure scalability and performance, integrating Hyvä's modern JavaScript-based frontend. This resulted in 93-99 PageSpeed scores and all green Core Web Vitals, providing a fast, intuitive experience across devices.
Läderach saw a 47.8% increase in conversions and a 39% boost in revenue, with average engagement time rising by 25.5%.
