Our product suite for eCommerce Analytics provides a holistic, real time automation solution for your analytics need. One of biggest 'secrets' of eCommerce is how labor intensive it is, even on the analytics side. You must track KPIs like pricing, digital assets, ranking and others on many listings (your and your competitors), websites and sometimes countries. We offer an end to end suite that caters to all the different roles and needs of eCommerce Analytics - from data feeds to ready dashboards to market share data to automated reports and alerts. so ALL roles can get timely data needed to act in real time for the growth of the business

Our technology suite is built for global/regional scale - any website (already covered or not), any category and unlimited data and users. In addition we offer the most complete set of solutions for any role/need - from data sets, to enriched/summarized data to dashboards and reports, providing clients a full customized solution rather then point tools. Last but not least we offer automation and integration (alerts, reporting, Snowflake or AWS/S3 APIs etc).

Product or service innovations

We added several key innovations in the recent year:

  • Retail assortment analysis modules, helping retailers and marketplaces benchmark themselves to others across a wide range of categories and in real time
  • Brand visibility analysis module, helping brands benchmark themselves to others on marketplace ranking while providing causality analysis to factors such as reviews, pricing, stock etc.
  • Product Attribute extraction, leveraging ML/AI to extract important attributes of a product in a category for finer intelligence that is automated. For example filtering analysis by Smartphone OS or by Sofa Size or by Face Cream Ingredient
  • Automated reporting engine, allowing clients to get regular email reports for KPIs of interest
