Intersport, being an international sport fashion retailer, struggled with inconsistencies in UI/UX design system across the regions and not always straightforward user experience. Due to the decentralized nature of content management across different sales channels, there were inconsistencies in UI/UX, leading to a fragmented customer experience and delays in direct communication regarding promotions and offers.

In order to help the customer, DataArt introduced under Intersport's guidance a unified design system and helped to roll it out to regional websites.

We migrated Intersport’s eCommerce platform to a more scalable and high-performance technology stack. This migration aimed to improve site performance, enhance the user experience, and provide advanced marketing and personalization capabilities to drive sales growth.

We implemented several key improvements:

  • Image optimization: Integrated an image optimization service that reduced load times and improved responsiveness across all devices, leading to a faster and more efficient user experience.
  • A/B testing functionality enables Intersport to refine the user experience based on real-time data.
