THREE.E is an e-commerce and marketing consultancy aiming to elevate the digital business of its clients with a strong inhouse experience in market leading e-commerce businesses.

We bring a deep understanding of what really helps leadership and operational teams to reach their business ambitions and generate measurable results.

Unlike typical marketing agencies we apply a non-silo view, considering cross-channel impacts and overall strategies. This allows us to optimize our partners setup towards different strategic targets from profitability steering to growth strategies - including the setup of according measurement and targets, changes in campaign setups and channel investments and a focus on additional levers such as conversion optimization or automated eCRM. Additionally we provide relevant background analyses and decision templates, e.g. for international market selection, growth ambition or marketing investment pace.

Our company has only been founded 7 months ago. Since then we grew fast-paced with an increase of +150% in the number of client projects, including several longterm partnerships lasting for 12-36 months.

In the meantime we have been flexibly adapting our service setup to our clients needs and build up a network of partners and freelancers, enabling us to provide an outstanding service (e.g. in form of experienced specialists on very specific needs such as pagespeed optimization or in form of direct collaboration with other partners on the clients e-commerce setup, increasing the overall project efficiency for our clients).

Initial Situation Ambiendo was aiming to strongly increase revenues during peak season, facing the challenge of strong competition in the Home & Decor sector and the constant balancing act of attractive deals with profitability needs.

Our Strategy:

  1. Targeted Discounts over blanket price cuts: Every product received an individually optimized discount based on key KPIs like margin, stock levels, and sales performance. This allowed us to push slow-moving products while maintaining healthy margins.

  2. Precise Marketing: The right products, at the right time, to the right users. Through real-time optimizations, we responded flexibly to changes in conversions, demand, and revenue trends.
