Personify XP uses single-session data to understand and segment every person who visits a company website, and dynamically updates these segments throughout the customer shopping journey.
Without using cookies, and while keeping individual customers completely anonymous, our software can discover 200+ new customer segments. Dynamic Segments are created based on the way in which customers browse your website (behavioural data). With every click, scroll or hover, a unique score is given to a shopper based on all the ‘active’ segments available. This score changes with every action, and in real time Personify identifies the intent of that shopper.
Personify uses these dynamic segments to help marketing teams avoid static manual segmentation by dynamically and continuously segmenting customers in real time. The result of this is not only to provide marketing teams with data about who is visiting the website, but also to dynamically show customers personalised banners, product recommendations, product bundling, social proofing, dynamic page alignment and many more services. Our solution differs from traditional personalisation platforms because we don’t use any third-party cookies in our segmentation. Traditional personalisation strategies are being delivered based on historical sales data or collaborative filtering. These manual processes are time consuming and ineffective in targeting new customers who have never visited your website or shopped with you before. As we transition to a privacy-first world, 97% of website visitors are anonymous.
