Operating with a range of paper bags suitable for recycling, the Autobag® 850SP bagger offers durable packaging on a high-speed machine to automate the packing and shipping of single and multiple orders of ready-to-wear and accessories. The system opens, prints and seals up to ten parcels per minute, while guaranteeing a high-quality seal. The bags can be enhanced with an optional re-sealable adhesive strip, allowing consumers to use the same packaging on returns, reducing waste and improving packaging recycling. The system's ultra-fast performance is achieved thanks to the easy, ergonomic bag-feeding system, which enables fast, efficient product changeovers. Online printing of the bags to be loaded eliminates errors and queues and speeds up dispatch times. Shipment information is printed in high resolution directly onto the bags, eliminating the need for a separate labelling operation and reducing material wastage. The intuitive interface, which gives operators access to help, diagnostic and performance management systems, facilitates maintenance and improves productivity. The bagger can be easily integrated with network and warehouse management systems to provide real-time productivity information.
