100% e-commerce - We are pure players out of conviction. As an e-commerce agency specializing in medium-sized to large e-commerce projects, our services focus on everything that is needed for an all-encompassing e-commerce project: from digital consulting to design, conception and implementation to the ongoing optimization of the online shop - all accompanied by structured project management.

It doesn't matter whether we work right from the start or optimize existing e-commerce structures. We rely on our years of experience and always pay attention to profitability, current trends as well as creative feasibility in digital marketing and sustainable development. The company as well as its team and their individual goals, business processes and implementation wishes determine which e-commerce options we plan with them. And design for them.

To implement our e-commerce projects, we rely on the systems Magento / Adobe Commerce as well as Shopware and Shopify. This allows us to develop individual, tailor-made solutions to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

We are constantly working on new, solution-oriented approaches that make our online retailers' daily business easier and more efficient: be it consulting offers such as data driven growth, content management or in-house developments in the area of artificial intelligence, which improve our customers' business and take it to the next level.

Distinction from the competition

With more than 10 years of experience, we are not only specialists in our field of web shop development, support and optimization. Through our membership of the E-CONOMIX Group, we also have direct access to know-how and experts from various disciplines in the spectrum of e-commerce and can therefore accompany our customers, together with our partner agencies, in all phases of their digital project. From automated legal software solutions regarding data protection management and ePrivacy guidelines, to SEA and SEO with the main goal of conversion rate optimization to data management and the creation and monitoring of TYPO3 Enterprise websites and portals, web applications with Pimcore and CoreShop as well as WordPress solutions for small and medium-sized businesses we offer all services for online trading throughout the group. As MSTAGE, we are part of the largest e-commerce competence group in Austria and are the contact point for our customers for an uncomplicated 360-degree support.

Expansion of the shop systems offered to include Shopify in order to respond to market developments and cover the needs of our customers. Expansion of our portfolio to include consulting offerings such as data driven growth or content management. In-house development in the area of artificial intelligence: a virtual assistant for the e-commerce sector that scans online shops for individual optimization potential. Numerous successful web shop launches for customers from a wide range of industries.

Customer case study

Resch&Frisch has been our customer since 2015 when we were asked to start a relaunch of their website, blog and B2C online shop in cooperation with our partner agency Cyberhouse. The flawless synergy between Magento for the shop and TYPO3 for the website was one of the main requirements of this project. The design of a carefully thought out navigation system was particularly interesting and challenging. Addressing three different target groups (via a B2C as well as a B2B platform), while maintaining an excellent structure was crucial.

Features: Complex checkout: The Resch&Frisch shop is characterized by a highly sophisticated checkout process. The possible shipping methods (see below) are determined based on the zip code.

a) CLICK & COLLECT b) DELIVERY SHIPPING c) HOME DELIVERY: The delivery area is queried here. The user then selects a delivery date based on the next tours within this area. The implementation of this delivery type was quite a challenge within the project because the checkout process had to be extremely modified for the home delivery.

Loyalty Points System: Users who shop online collect loyalty points. When they are logged into their account, they will see an overview of their balance as well as the products that they will receive free of charge in exchange for the points they have collected. The big challenge here was the ongoing synchronization of the loyalty points between webshop and telephone service center via AX.

Results & evaluation Due to the various checkout options, the sophisticated details and numerous features, the online shop as well as the website turned out as a complete strike. This is also reflected in the numbers:

The average conversion rate is at 16,79% and Resch&Frisch recorded more than 460.000 sessions in the last 6 months whereof 30,02% came from returning visitors. Also the very low bounce rate of 24,59% shows that the new web presence is an absolute success (data based on Oct 22 - Mar 23).
