We are a service-oriented packaging wholesaler and specialize in the areas of packaging, packaging machines and shipping processes. We therefore not only provide our customers with the right shipping carton and the appropriate filling material, but also assist in optimizing their entire intralogistics. This includes the planning and conception of (automated) packing lines as well as the maintenance and servicing of equipment by the technical customer service of BB-Verpackungen. In the optimization process, we act as an intermediary between the manufacturers of packaging machines and our customers, thus ensuring an uncomplicated transformation of logistics. Whether ergonomic packaging table or stretch wrapper – we offer numerous solutions and products to make the packaging process more efficient.

In addition to our holistic concept, what makes us stand out most is our tight-knit and customized customer support. Our internal and external support service is comprised of specially trained employees for every aspect of process and packaging optimization. When designing and implementing more efficient shipping concepts, it is particularly important for us to be on site. In order to be able to guarantee individual support, our sales staff travel throughout Germany and work closely with our customers. A comprehensive, customized service is what makes BB-Verpackungen an indispensable partner for its customers.

Since packaging machines such as stretch winders, adhesive tape dispensers and strapping machines are in daily use, they feature a high level of wear. Thus equipment may fail during ongoing operation. To ensure that this does not lead to delays in the entire shipping process, BB-Verpackungen’s technical customer service provides on-site support and resolves the problem as quickly as possible. To bridge longer downtimes, we also provide the appropriate replacement machine. However, our trained technicians assist not only in the event of a repair. In order to further reduce the burden on our partners, the technical customer service department has recently taken over the DGUV-3 inspection for packaging machines. In addition to regular maintenance, the devices must be regularly inspected for safety. With a large packing line, this quickly leads to a high administrative burden. We remedy the situation and take the necessary steps.
