Authentica Fulfillment provides comprehensive logistics outsourcing to e-shops. The company from Brno unites all services related to the logistics of goods under one roof. It provides dozens of clients from Central Europe with everything from warehousing, design, production and packaging, to warehousing and order processing with 99.98% accuracy. In doing so, Authentica saves e-tailers time and money and makes e-commerce more accessible to more entrepreneurs.

Authentica ships up to 2 million shipments per year. The warehouse location in the heart of Europe enables fast and cheap distribution. Authentica's clients include Waterdrop, Hugo Boss, Philips, C&A and other prestigious and global brands.

Warehousing and picking of e-shop orders. Design, construction, design and production of cardboard packaging, POS/POP. In-store design, store decoration, etc. Packaging assembly and finishing of products or POS and POP. Distribution of manufactured or finished products, POS/POP through fulfillment.

We launched a brand new warehouse software that can handle tens of thousands of orders and movements per day. The client has a perfect overview of all his shipments and stock 24/7, whether on PC, mobile or tablet. Everything works in the cloud. The new WMS runs on the latest technology and has zero technology debt, which allows us to fully adapt in functionality to our clients' needs. Successful and seamless transition of dozens of e-commerce clients to the new platform.

Preparation and approval of a warehouse robotization project of 30,000 warehouse positions, with the capacity to ship 20,000 shipments per day. This is the most advanced technology currently available for fulfillment services.

Working with a global integrator for online marketplaces, accounting software, e-commerce platforms and more. The integrator makes it possible to integrate hundreds of different solutions with our own WMS.

Launching our own line haul solutions within Europe and partnering with new carriers.

Customer case study

The case study company is a successful online retailer that focuses on the online sale of sporting goods. The e-store was founded by a savvy entrepreneur who started the business out of his garage. Over the years, however, the company has grown rapidly, moving to a medium-sized warehouse space from which it now ships approximately 10,000 orders per month. As the business expanded, the owner realized that the own warehouse model was becoming inefficient and limiting the potential for further growth.

The company was facing several problems, which it solved by outsourcing logistics to our fulfillment center. The company had very limited warehouse space, which hindered efficiency and growth. Similarly, there was a problem with shipping and order picking, where the e-commerce store was not performing nearly as well as it could have. Despite being quite technologically advanced, the company was far from achieving the costs it needed to. These problems contributed to the e-shop's inability to expand to other countries, gain more market share and prosper well. After about half a year of calculations, negotiations and careful consideration of all aspects, the client outsourced the logistics of the e-shop to our fulfillment center.

A few weeks after the start of the collaboration, the company achieved a 50% reduction in order picking time. The capacity of dispatched orders also increased by about 23%. The picking accuracy increased to 99.8%. The e-shop was able to expand its product portfolio by about 15%. The number of late shipments was reduced by 32%. The e-shop's overall logistics costs were reduced by about 12%.

The transition from in-house warehousing to fulfillment proved to be a revolutionary step for ABC Electronics. Increased efficiency, better scalability, cost savings and improved customer satisfaction have contributed to the company's growth and success in the highly competitive e-commerce market.
