BIG SIZE Parcel Lockers ( DIY and Furniture ) is a click&collect machine that supports the customer service process. It allows you to pick up your orders made in DIY or Furniture stores , thanks to lockers up to 3 meters width and 1 meter high, conveniently and securely at any time of the day or night. This hybrid sales method combines the online and offline shopping worlds, which is exactly what modern consumers expect.

Leroy Merlion: Project assumptions: enabling individual customers and business traffic to receive orders 24/7. Handling online and in-store (with later pickup date) orders for products of all categories*, in the BIG SIZE lockers. Leroy Merlin Polska started cooperation with SelfMaker, commissioning the design and implementation of a self-service device in which customers could pick up their purchases, with a modular design tailored to the individual local customer needs. A characteristic for the DIY industry was the need to handle large-size orders.

For one of our DIY clients

• 140,000 online orders with delivery to the BIG SIZE collection point, which constitutes 55% of all orders through this sales channel

• 55% of these orders were picked up by the customer from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., which significantly contributed to the unloading of queues during peak hours of customer visits in the store
