Remazing’s founder Hannes Detjen brought the business idea to establish an Amazon agency to Germany directly from the US. He recognized the growing challenges for brand companies in the Amazon area when he lived in Seattle for a year in 2015 and was able to experience the "Amazon City" and the ecosystem. Because of the connections he built up, there are still good contacts to the Amazon headquarters.

According to our full service approach we find solutions for every case. We create tailor-made strategies based on in-depth analysis to meet the customer’s needs and wishes. For some clients, Remazing is their external Amazon department and delivers the 360° Amazon service, for others it is the provider of selected services that are not covered in-house such as Amazon content or the Amazon advertising management.
We started into the Amazon business as sellers of our own small product range. Therefore we gained experience that most agencies don’t have: We really know the challenges and difficulties of selling and can relate to our clients’ situation.
At Remazing we created our own Amazon software tool Remdash. Remdash is an Amazon CMS and Monitoring tool which is constantly being updated and improved. It doesn’t only make our work more efficient but also helps our clients to handle the often complicated Amazon processes.
This year, Amazon launched in the Netherlands and Sweden. We already had prepared market entrance strategies for our clients previously and so Remazing was one of the first agencies with optimizations on these new Amazon marketplaces. We want to support our clients on all available platforms. So we also started optimizations on other online marketplaces than Amazon, such as Ozon (in Russia) and Galaxus (in Switzerland). Additionally, at Remazing we keep learning about Amazon everyday: We generate our own learnings and share them internally, as well as Amazon news and updates. Keeping ourselves up to date is a matter of course for us but at the same time indispensable. For example we gained much expertise in Amazon advertising implementing the quite new feature of video ads.
We also had a big innovation on the technical side: Our own Amazon software Remdash is now able to operate automatic case uploads. This feature replaces the manual communication with Amazon to upload content updates. Without our tool our clients would still have to write tons of emails. Regarding this point, Remdash is unique: No other software has been able to solve the case upload problem so far.
One of our clients, Schöffel, needed a complete 360 degree optimization for their existing and new products on Amazon. Schöffel is a German sports brand in the sport & leisure sector and primarily wanted to increase its sales. Challenges for them were low awareness of their newly introduced products on Amazon and reaching a generic visibility for relevant search terms on the platform. Remazing worked on the Schöffel products on Amazon using the 360 degree optimization approach. This means we optimized all the elements there are on a product detail page: content, images, reviews and advertising. The product detail page was completely updated and designed in higher detail. The optimized bullets and the product description provide the customer with more information; additionally A+ content contains further details about the brand and product features. Remazing put the products’ USPs on the images, so the customers see the advantages at first glance (also regarding mobile use). Vine reviews were published at the product launch and the products were advertised via Sponsored Ads on Amazon directly after content and reviews were live. Like this, Schöffel was able to increase their sales on Amazon by 385% compared to the previous year.
