1. Workflow Engine: An automation engine with a set of out-of-the-box, ready-to-use events that enable easy automation, process orchestration and approval workflows to increase efficiency, reduce the risk of manual errors and enable fast decision making.

2. AP automation, OCR & e-invoicing: Data from uploaded or emailed supplier invoice files is captured and extracted, then processed using advanced machine learning models. The technology correctly identifies suppliers and matches them to records in the customer's system. AP Automation learns continuously from each individual customer, as well as collectively from recognising invoice data across all users. The more it is used, the smarter it gets, with over 95% accuracy within a month of deployment. According to Sage and IDC research, SMBs spend between 4 and 16 days per month on their AP process, depending on size. Reducing this can free up hundreds of hours a year.

3. Advanced Form and Report Designer: Wizard-based creation of list reports for easy creation of reports and lists. SDMO allows users to create a list report (e.g. a list of customers, items, invoices, ...) using a wizard-driven approach. The user can simply select the required fields, pre-format the report and generate it directly. Formatting can be done in an easy-to-use WYSIWYG editor. These list reports can later be converted into advanced reports that can be customised at even deeper levels, down to database queries.
