weclapp offers a comprehensive ERP, CRM, and Point of Sale system with highly automated order processing. It seamlessly integrates with popular shop systems (like Shopware, Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, Prestashop), marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, OTTO Market), and various payment and shipping service providers. This makes weclapp an efficient all-in-one solution for omni-channel operations.

Many cloud ERP systems from well-known providers are essentially legacy systems with outdated technology, simply delivered via the cloud. In contrast, weclapp is built natively for the cloud, allowing us to adapt our solutions to changing customer needs.

weclapp has over 25,000 users and is utilized in 30 countries, demonstrating its global reach and reliability. Our interfaces are free, meaning no extra fees per order, so growing customers don't incur additional costs. We offer different packages, each with a wide range of features.

Additionally, we have an open REST API with high coverage, designed to be an open platform where anyone can integrate with weclapp. In 2024 alone, our partners added 77 new plugins to enhance our ecosystem. For example, the MiraklSync plugin automates and streamlines order processing from Mirakl marketplaces, and the FLOWZILLA x Channelengine Connector integrates product and order management between weclapp and ChannelEngine. These are just two of our numerous plugins available in the store. The large partner network is constantly introducing new, innovative features to simplify our customers' workflows in specific cases.

Product or service innovations

weclapp offers free updates every two weeks, continuously improving the software. This year has seen several innovative technical advancements:

The mobile warehouse app enables convenient mobile inventory counts and allows for direct shipments from the app. Other warehouse improvements include the creation of consolidated deliveries from orders and the ability to reserve inventory for specific orders. Inventory from order picking can now be automatically reserved. Additionally, the OCR has been expanded to directly capture incoming invoices with automated supplier and item assignment and duplicate checks.

With weclapp, businesses are well-prepared for 2025, as e-invoices are automatically generated. The new DATEV extensions, such as booking data service and document image service, greatly facilitate accounting and tax advisory work. The VAT advance return has also been improved this year.

Furthermore, several automations have been introduced to simplify daily tasks and reduce errors. These include direct synchronization of email addresses in documents and master data, and the automatic creation of drop-shippable sources when setting up dropshipping orders.

The new weclapp Frame "vueclapp," based on modern technology, has been launched to make the application even more performant and contemporary.

Additionally, several e-commerce integrations have been added: Otto Market, including the synchronization of returns and the import of credit notes, Sendcloud as an interface, and Shopify Payments as an integration. The Kaufland interface has been expanded to include item and stock synchronization as well as invoice upload.
