With Droppery, we ensure a seamless integration, including product synchronization, real-time stock updates and automated order processing.

Distinction from the competition

“There were then often 2 options: Option 1: As a retailer, build your own integration with the supplier’s API. Developers usually charge €1500 to €2000, and then you only have a product and stock synchronisation of one CMS and one supplier. The order automation is not even included here, which means retailers still have to enter orders manually during the day via a B2B portal.

“Option 2 is an Excel or CSV file where you then have to map all the products yourself in your own CMS and also get the images sent via a WeTransfer in order to then provide these products with images,”.

In addition, you need to pick up the orders yourself at a suppliers warehouse.

With Droppery we automate the full d2c supply chain in a SAAS model.

We have seen that suppliers are often not set up for b2c shipping. This is a problem we have solved with Droppery. By automating processes with external warehouses, scheduling pickup time for our customers ourselves and taking back returns and selling them through third-party channels.

The big developments have been a returns portal, offering a warehouse including logistics and also setting up automatic payments for our customers.

Customer case study

The sales model of the future In 2017, Bazar Bizar started as a wholesale distributor of interior design items. Owners Pascale Pelsmaekers and Eddy Roothaert immediately saw the advantages of online trading. Particularly appealing was the direct shipping to customers without intermediary resellers: it saves time and money and is also better for the environment.

What initially held Bazar Bizar back from starting dropshipping? The fact that resellers had to manually upload the 1000+ products of Bazar Bizar to their webshop to keep track of the range and inventory. This is a time-consuming and almost impossible task. Fortunately, Droppery.io came up with the solution to this problem at that time: this SaaS solution connects popular webshop platforms such as Lightspeed, Shopware, Shopify, and WooCommerce with the wholesaler's webshop. This way, products can be directly loaded into resellers' webshops, and the inventory stays synchronized. Orders come directly to Bazar Bizar, and from there, the order is sent directly to the customer. How does Bazar Bizar describe their experience with dropshipping?
