  • Fulfilling orders more efficiently is a key component to keeping up with growing demand. Sendcloud's improved picking and packing solution, Pack & Go, enables expanding businesses to manage rising order volumes without increasing headcount or investing in complex systems. This year, we've added new modes to fit any workflow, reduce manual work for warehouse employees, and minimize the chance of human error.

  • Returns are a part of the shipping process that is often overlooked, but when done right can drive repeat sales. While Sendcloud customers were already able to accept returns via a personalized portal, we added a bunch of customization options that enable online businesses to further engage with their customers. The new return portal layout allows businesses to upload a background image, link their social channels, display product images, and detail return instructions – ensuring a memorable brand experience on this last leg of the shipping journey.

nkm grew from a home-based passion project into one of Germany's most sought-after natural skincare brands. Before Sendcloud, the owner of nkm spent an average of 10 hours per day packing orders and inputting addresses manually. While increasing order volumes were exciting, keeping up with the demand was becoming stressful.

After implementing Sendcloud’s shipping solution (which took about 30 minutes), the impact on day-to-day operations was immediate. Hours of manual data entry were replaced with automated label creation, allowing 3 times as many packages to be sent out every day.

As nkm kept growing and moved from fulfilling orders from home to a large fulfillment warehouse, Sendcloud provided them with the right tools to pick and pack more efficiently and automate shipping methods for international orders.
