Actindo's Omni-Channel module revolutionizes digital commerce by solving the challenge of managing products across various channels efficiently. Actindo's Omni-Channel module enables seamless connectivity between your web store, such as Shopify and Magento 2, and relevant marketplaces. Key features include:

  • Time-Saving Product Information Maintenance:

Create and manage products centrally in the Product Information Management (PIM) system. Display product information on the web store and all connected sales channels.

  • Link to Inventory and Order Management:

Continuously synchronize inventory levels between marketplaces and the Actindo Core1 platform. Orders from sales channels are automatically imported and directed to the Order Management module. This ensures a real-time overview of stocks and orders with just a few clicks.

  • Data Transformation via ETL:

Configure data in a media-neutral manner within the PIM. Automated Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipeline in the DataHub transforms this data, making it usable for every connected marketplace and system. Achieve efficient data utilization across all channels.

  • Tracking of Orders:

Process marketplace orders seamlessly within the Actindo platform. Transmit order status and tracking codes directly and automatically to customers, enhancing the tracking experience.

  • Integrate new touchpoints:

Online retailers have a multitude of potential sales channels at their disposal through which they can expand their reach and strengthen their customer presence. The Omni-Channel module of the Actindo Core1 platform allows you to connect as many marketplaces as you would like and continuously expand your sales channels.
