With the Cross-border Delivery Solution from MS Direct, e-commerce retailers and D2C brands will never again lose time and nerves when selling to European countries with a customs border. Instead, they benefit from new, lucrative target markets such as Switzerland, the UK or Norway without any additional effort thanks to just one connection.

We take care of everything to do with VAT processing, export and import customs clearance, shipping and returns processing. In our cross-border portal, you keep track of your operations and see what's going on!

But we are also local on the German market with our new location in Mindelheim for returns processing as well as fulfillment since autumn 2023.

  • Delivery by local carriers: Through our network of local carriers, consider the delivery preferences and habits of the local customers.
Product or service innovations

Implementation of the cross-border portal: We have introduced a special cross-border portal to facilitate cross-border e-commerce. This portal streamlines cross-border e-commerce by simplifying onboarding, automating the management of customs and tax matters and reducing the administrative workload through comprehensive reporting and document storage.

Returns module with clarification cases processing: We have improved our returns management with a new module that enables efficient returns and clarification cases processing. This system enables real-time data exchange via API for processed returns and quick clarification of critical cases, which leads to improved customer satisfaction. In addition, we have a new location in Germany (Mindelheim) for processing returns and e-commerce fulfillment.

Implementation of AutoStore: We have successfully implemented the AutoStore system, an automated warehouse solution that maximises storage density and speeds up order fulfillment. This system allows us to store and pick products faster, which has led to a significant increase in efficiency in our warehouse operations.

Use of Packsize: The introduction of Packsize, a customised packaging solution, has enabled us to optimise our packaging processes. This technology allows us to create packaging exactly as required, resulting in less material waste and optimised shipping costs.
