melibo is a Conversational AI platform for customer support, sales and marketing. The no-code platform and the connected GPT-3 Knowledge Hub can be used to create high-quality AI chatbots for websites and online stores. The initial setup of the chatbot and its connection to other systems is done by the melibo team for their customers. To ensure that users of the bot always get the right answer, it is possible to hand over the conversation to a human employee at any time. This human handover is possible via live chat, e-mail or ticket system.

Our clients use our chatbots to answer frequently asked customer questions about the website, the company, order status, product availability, etc. The chatbot is designed to answer questions quickly and easily. Individual requests can be predefined with the help of the chatbot so that the support staff already have all the important information and can therefore resolve the request more quickly. The introduction of the digital helper significantly reduces the workload of the support team. Customers with more urgent requests can be helped more quickly and efficiently. Customer satisfaction and retention increases. The success rate can be measured by the lower number of calls and the higher number of chat requests.

Distinction from the competition

melibo is a hybrid support tool. The combination of AI chatbot builder, ticket system and live chat covers all areas of customer support. No IT knowledge is required to use melibo.

The chatbot setup is intuitive and quick. melibo will crawl your FAQ Website, automatically generate intents from existing answers, add advanced small talk skills to the chatbot and design an intelligent human handover. Owners of an online store can also upload a file containing all their product information for melibo to feed to the chatbot. This way, the chatbot will be able to answer questions regarding all products and guide users to find the right product.

The ticket system and live chat are connected to the chatbot, enabling a seamless human handover.The AI helps in the live chat by giving the agents suitable answer suggestions. At the same time, the chatbot can be trained so that over time more and more questions can be answered by the bot and fewer questions must be answered by live chat agents.

The melibo platform was developed for E-Commerce brands. It can be integrated with online shop software, such as Shopify and Shopware. This allows it to answer questions about order status, product availability and returns. For example, a customer could ask melibo whether their order has shipped yet, or if a particular product is in stock. Moreover, the melibo's chatbots allow a guided selling approach. They can offer products based on the customer's profile.

Product or service innovations

We recently implemented a new feature that automates tickets and emails. The AI not only suggests responses to customer emails automatically, but can also summarize and categorize the email and independently respond to them when configured accordingly.
