In the last 12 months, Pipedrive's product innovation has included the integration of AI technology and updates to features that help customers close deals more efficiently.

Last fall, Pipedrive introduced its new AI-powered Sales Assistant, providing sales professionals with predictions on a deal's win probability and recommendations for the next best actions, ultimately increasing the odds of winning deals. Consequently, SMBs using Pipedrive now have access to a personal virtual assistant that utilizes the latest AI technology to help prioritize efforts, focus on the right deals, and identify potential bottlenecks in their sales pipeline.

Other significant product updates include:

  • AI-powered SmartApp Recommendations, analyzing customers' businesses and suggesting the most relevant apps from the Pipedrive Marketplace to cover and automate the revenue pipeline. Initial results already show that customers using Sales Assistant close three times more deals than those who don't.
  • A new Sales Inbox with multiple email account sync that consolidates all emails in one place, enabling faster response times by eliminating the need to switch between platforms. A new labeling capability allows salespeople to categorize emails based on their criteria, filtering and identifying those with common traits, simplifying the process of finding and sorting emails.
  • A series of new updates to its Automations feature, making it easier for admin users to build and set up efficient workflows with their teams. These updates include easy automation sharing with teammates and effortless automation ownership transfer.
