In the last 12 months, we have further enhanced our offering by launching Zenrush®, and introducing fully automated picking and automated packing. This has enabled us to achieve an on-time delivery rate of over 94%, even during peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas. This is a major point of differentiation compared to our competitors, as confirmed by a recent analysis by Accenture (Dec 2022).
