Shiptheory is a shipping platform that enables eCommerce retailers to produce shipping labels and documentation automatically, saving hours of time and money. Shiptheory reduces mistakes and required staff input whilst fitting into existing retailers' workflows, this means there is no need to change or retrain to use additional systems. Shiptheory connects with over 50+ sales channels worldwide. Labels and tracking can be automatically generated for over 90 global carriers including; DHL, GLS, UPS, DPD.DE, Deutsche post, and many more. Customer service and satisfaction are at the core of Shiptheory’s principles, with a product lead approach to the development and service of our customers.

Product or service innovations

Over the last quarter, we have released some very exciting new features.

  1. Carbon Credit Programme- Shiptheory users can offset the carbon emissions from their deliveries so they can proudly proclaim that they ship carbon neutral. 88% of people will be more loyal to a company that supports social or environmental issues.
  2. Inventory Management - Shiptheory can update and sync stock counts across multiple channels and locations in one centralised place. Minimising the need for multiple platforms and complex workflows.
  3. Handwriting AI tool - Transform a generic thank you into a personal message with AI-powered handwritten notes. Retailers can tailor handwritten notes to be generated with their shipping labels based on a set of rules.
  4. Returns Suite - The Shiptheory Returns portal is a tool to streamline retailers' returns processes. The portal allows retailer's customers to request returns when needed, and to manage and customise the process.
  5. Cross border Shipping - We continue to enable our retailers to ship cross borders without manual input. We can automatically produce all required documentation to ship internationally (CN22/23, Commercial invoice, IOSS, Tax ID, Third party billing etc)
