Our solution combines two key elements: the fulfillment network of over 55 trusted partners and comprehensive technology which as one operating entity, it removes from online sellers the burden of the business-effective process of delivering shipments to their customers in 24 hours.

The Linker Cloud Fulfillment Network we create is designed to connect brands to their nearest software-enabled warehouse through ready-to-use integrations. Right now, we deliver no-code plugins for integrating with the over 60 most popular e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, shipping companies, WMS and ERPS.

We place at the disposal a growing network of warehouses throughout Europe. At this moment we operate in over 50 logistic facilities located mainly in the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Belgium, France, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Romania.

The solution we offer allows launching sales in the new markets of the client’s choice in just 7 days after signing the contract avoiding the time and money-consuming search for the right partner in each market, complicated formalities and IT integrations.

We process about 700,000 orders per month from almost 300 client projects. In the last 6 months, we have implemented dozens of new functionalities and we plan to double this number by the end of this year.

The most important extra-features added over the past year are:

  1. Logistics SLA

To make it as easy as possible for you to do the actions needed, we have prepared an advanced mechanism that allows you in the first step to defining SLA for each of our warehouses. A chart has been added for SLA, displaying historical monthly results data for the last 12 months. The chart has also been supplemented with a function to filter results by Fulfillment site, i.e. the warehouse to which the results relate. This feature is particularly useful for customers in our network who use more than one warehouse.

  1. Auto-assignment rules

This functionality allows for defining rules and for assigning orders to a selected warehouse in the Fulfillment Network also. If the customer uses 2 or more warehouses, our system needs clear guidelines on where to allocate a particular order.

  1. Integration setup

One of the core values of our application is having multiple integrations with the most popular e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.   1. Minimum stock management - we allow you to define minimum stock for a product, which greatly facilitates the control of stock in the warehouse. You can easily find the products you should order or relocate in our platform.

Exemplary TAGU case study:

It was essential to organize order fulfillment for oversized items, keeping the standard of 24/48h delivery time on every market. Typical TAGU fireplace weights statistically around 32kg and has an average dimension of 108 cm x 35 cm x 35 cm. Besides, in most cases, items are sent as a multi-parcel. It’s not easy to ship them, and, at the same time, to keep one tracking number for two pieces.

Instead, we were able to offer TAGU what they needed most in only a month – access to the end-to-end order fulfillment process in several markets under a single contract, without the necessity of dealing with all this alone.

The main factors that made the choice of Linker Cloud Fulfillment Network from the customer's perspective:

Selected Results:

We covered the complete fulfillment services for TAGU in the 4 European markets mentioned above, including regional return handling. We prioritized smooth order processing, despite the non-standard product sizes, with great success, as there were no operational delays in any market.

Thanks to local delivery the orders arrive within the expected time frame, between 24-48 hours, at the customer's doorstep, also at one tracking number (which we were able to ensure in 2 countries).

Until now we got about 4300 fulfilled orders and 8500 delivered packages to several thousands of customers, who have decided to buy the unique TAGU fireplaces. And it's not over yet, because at any time the business can be scaled further, in new regions, with just one click.
