We are a dynamic subsidiary of the FIEGE Group, one of the leading logistics providers in Europe. Our customer-friendly delivery service guarantees increased deliveries in the B2B and B2C sector. We have the approach of a non asset based company by using unutilized resources (HUBs, vehicles). In addition, we contribute to Green City Logistics by avoiding CO2.
ANGEL last mile categorizes as an innovative CEP-service provider which is able to combine sustainability with customer convenience in parcel delivery through existing infrastructure of its partners in metropolitan regions. Online shoppers benefit from a higher customer convenience and no longer have to be bothered with unsuccessful delivery attempts. Our customers who ship frozen food boxes inject their parcel volume in one of our national linehaul hubs. For frozen food boxes it is important to only have one delivery attempt as the passive cooling only covers 24-30hrs. We as ANGEL take the end customer in the driver seat by early notifications regarding the delivery where he/she has the chance to switch delivery time windows and have a real time tracking with ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). This results in highest delivery performance and almost no food being thrown away due to prolonged delivery times, which also contributes to more sustainability.
Since day one ANGEL has achiieved a very high end customer rating by 4,4 of 5,0 stars. This results effects that ANGEL has a perfect market fit and is for a CEP provider outstanding.
