The Postis Platform was launched in 2017 with the objective to solve the supply-chain inefficiencies and the frictions among retailers, e-tailers, logistics suppliers, transporters, and couriers, and to improve the way products are transported and reach their end-users. The ultimate goal was to achieve operational efficiency and to allow retailers to turn deliveries into better, differentiating customer experiences. The Platform integrates all IT systems from supply-chains, aggregates process, customer experience and customer satisfaction data from all points of contact, it automates the processes along the entire last-mile journey and uses advanced AI algorithms to optimize deliveries.
