Over the past 12 months, eCollect has implemented 12 different digital currencies as a payment method and further mastered our AI tailor-made communication tool.

THE CHALLENGE Our client’s expanding collections portfolio was difficult, expensive and time consuming to manage internally. Their team was manually contacting customers in various countries and the company recognized the need for an advanced technological solution. The challenge was to create a tailor-made solution and integrate it to their existing ERP in order to ensure continuity and drive immediate results.

THE RESULTS We managed to score high collection rates while improving our client’s customers journey by creating transparency and tailor-made solutions both for the client and for the customers.

Our client’s collection speed has clearly improved, with DSO dropping by 17 days (35%) after automating the accounts receivables management process using eCollect’s platform. Furthermore, the platform has helped the team save time and internal resources by completely taking over receivables.

eCollect managed to quickly onboard 12 countries, where the client operates within one week after signing the contract.

We have improved our client’s customers UX by enabling them to use the car-sharing service within minutes after covering their debt instead of waiting for days to reactive account.
