Marketplace pay-out solution

Payaut is an automated pay-out solution for marketplaces taking care of seller KYC, split payments and pay-outs. Payaut gives platforms full flexibility in their choice of PSPs and alternative payment methods as well as PSD2 compliance. With Payaut receiving the settlement funds from the PSPs, the platform is out of the moneyflow and profits from full reconciliation of all incoming payment flows with a single, unified pay-out to the sellers and the platform itself..

Most marketplace solutions out there come from processing payment service providers and are not agnostic. As Payaut doesn´t process payments and only takes care of distributing the processed funds to the sellers and the marketplace, we enable marketplaces to work with any PSP of their choice. Usually a marketplace would have to use the same pay-in provider for the pay-outs to not be in the money flow but that means working with multiple PSPs becomes difficult. Additionally his sellers would have to pass a KYC process with every new provider. With Payaut the lock-in is eliminated and sellers have to go through one KYC process only as Payaut reconciles all incoming payment streams and then does a single, unified payout

Payaut´s core features, Seller KYC, split payments and pay-outs by an agnostic pay-out provider are innovation itself.
