Monstock is the innovative solution to digitize and automate inventory and flow management. Monstock takes control with a collaborative and Smart Supply solution able to address all segments of the supply chain. This tool brings a connected, automated, and optimized management on all segments for an agile use and a complete traceability.

The solution is accessible from anywhere in real time and optimizes all operations by meeting the specific needs of the customer: inventory management in warehouses, factories or hubs, order management, last mile delivery, algorithms, and AI module to reduce breaks and errors, etc.

The solution allows for digitization of simple processes, all of it being in a tool interfaced with the market's leading solutions.

Product or service innovations

In 2021 Monstock has unveiled new features to address post-Covid issues, improve supply chain performance and better respond to new consumer trends.

Monstock is the 1st platform for multi-distribution management in France: last mile delivery, urban hubs, Click&Collect/drive, shared drive, etc. Thanks to Monstock, market players can test - without risk and very quickly - new practices such as shared drive for retailers or shared warehouse for logisticians.

Monstock allows piloting of actions and processes thanks to a watch tower for a 360° visibility to: inform the final customer in real time thanks to a complete traceability of operations, obtain an overall vision of your flows for an optimized management, and be able to prevent errors and breaks.

Monstock has developed a functionality that allows to limit stock shortages and optimize working capital requirements. Our replenishment module uses artificial intelligence to analyze customer order and purchase history. It predicts stock-outs and offers purchase orders accordingly. The planner remains in control of the situation, he can validate or modify orders.

Customer case study

Monstock has improved warehouse inventory management and technician vehicles for field interventions. The offline functionality on cellphone allowed AES Group technicians to keep their activity going in good conditions.

The field teams were able to easily learn how to use the cell phone, scan the products for interventions and manage their stocks in vehicles. This even empowered technicians by allowing them to manage stocks of safety parts in their vehicles.

The logistics / supply chain and warehouse teams were able to pilot stocks in internally managed and externally managed warehouses, track stocks on advanced sites or on collaborators' sites to better manage operations in real time.

The support team and salespeople can know the stocks available to take commitments of interventions and sales in the best conditions.
