Product / service innovations in the last 12 months

Within the last year we enhanced our solutions to become a true multi-channel supplier and developed a tailor-made solution for a Call Centre of a Shopping TV Channel. This allows customers to pay by invoice without an e-mail address and expands the merchants client base to a broader audience. As with all of our solutions, we use a white labeled approach. Therefore our IT solution is fully integrated into the merchant's system, allowing a real-time risk check without media disruption.

What is the difference between competitive solutions?

Ordering via phone and paying through a payment provider normally requests an e-mail address to keep up the customer communication. Paysafe Pay Later developed a tailor-made solution for the TV Shopping Channel which is fully integrated into their point of sale system, avoiding any media-disruption. Now customers can order via phone without sharing personal bank or credit card details but still pay via the most popular payment method. The merchant also benefits from a regular and transparent performance report to identify trends in consumer behaviour.
